Introduction

This paper will Express my strategy for implementing what I have learned over the course of Biblical Theology for Leadership. The Biblical Theology in leadership is first discussed and analyzed the Biblical understanding of authority that will be part of my philosophy of leadership. This paper further demonstrates the leadership that the God have shaped in the leaders in the context of biblical theology. It will provide the insights of what are the ways and the specific leadership principles that could be part of the philosophy of leadership.DiscussionBiblical Theology

The term biblical theology refers to the statement of searching and gives the impression on a particular occasion with respect to the overall scenario. The context of the overall scenario encompasses the ordinary human being, in relation to their current identity. Biblical theology facilitates, and allows us to see beyond and look around our surroundings with respect to the relatedness to the future events and occasions in the Bible sequence of events. Biblical theology is an approach to understand and comprehend the Bible as in one piece, as a result of which the human beings can praise the teachings and preaching and can watch along the arrangement of deliverance as it is in the sequence. Moreover it is a prescribed method of formative, describing and decisive the theological approach, worth, and connotation of the bible as a whole.

Progressive characters, moral standards, and qualifications awarded to the human beings to put them above the ordinary human being and awarded them with the leadership qualities. With respect to the biblical theology of leadership there are some of the leadership stages of redemptive history (Barr, 1999). They are: starting with the creation, fall, redemption, and latest creation. The biblical leader evolved when the man created, and assigned with the responsibility of ruling over His creation. There's a famous saying that good leaders never born; they made. If you have the drive, the zeal and you possess the right skills, you can turn into an efficient and effective leader. The procedure of development of an exemplary leader is a never ending process. It entails the method of constant education, self-study, training and experience (Jago, 1982).

The biblical account for leadership varies in manner but similar in substance, as it is given in the Bible's major divisions, the old and new Testament. The biblical leaders prior to Jesus are chosen by God, and the circumstances that these leaders face has God's direct intervention. Jesus and the Old Testament leaders through Martin Buber, both show leadership in a non-conventional manner. Though there are differences, there are also similarities in their approaches to the sense of leadership. Biblical leadership basically does not concern superiority of one over another this is primarily due to the account that biblical leadership is not defined as the conventional and /or modern account of the position.
