The study will propose a program for health and safety development in industries and workplace. It will provide awareness with regards to health and safety for the workers working in the petroleum industry and facilitate in providing ways and interventions for the protection of the health of workers in the specified industry.

Industrial hygiene is a scientific discipline that is involved in predicting, identifying, assessing, communing and controlling of the factors that lead to environmental stresses in the workplace that can have an adverse effect on the health and well being of the workers in the organization.
