Individualized Education Plan

Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to develop and evaluate the appropriate individualized education to meet the students with curvature of spine, hp conditions, limb deficiency, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and muscular disorder.

Curvature of the Spine

Type of disorder

In a decade of Natasha O., she detected curvature of the spine as scoliosis. Deformation of the spine was launched and led to the formation of the rib hump and a sharp restriction of mobility of the torso.

Complications

If you respond well to correction of the initial forms of spinal curvature, in such cases, the results of running even with prolonged treatment course is unsuccessful.

Treatment

In such cases, to stop the further progression of the curvature of the spine and rib hump, you need to conduct a major operation on the spine. This heavy operation could have been avoided if the parents of Natasha were more attentive to her child.

The main treatment of this disease is to have a correct posture. Posture is called a person's ability to keep your body in different positions. Posture can be correct and incorrect.

Rehabilitation

A person with good posture light step, his shoulders slightly lowered and laid back, chest out, tummy tucked, legs straighten at the knee joints. Although the material properties of the lumbar region of the spine have been extensively studied since 1957, limited studies focused on the thoracic region of the spine. The focus of the present study is to understand the material properties of the thoracolumbar spine under repetitive loading during manual material handling tasks.

Educational interventions

Since ultimate strength and fatigue strength of the thoracolumbar spine cannot be tested in-vivo, cadaveric Motion Segments (MSs) or Functional Spinal Units (FSU), which represent an intervertebral disc with two adjacent vertebrae along with associated ligaments, were widely used to investigate the material properties of the spine.

Teacher's responsibilities

School should conduct a meeting with parents, students and professional treatment staff in order finds out ways of fulfilling the individual needs of students. These meetings should be conducted in order to find ways to prevent this disease.

Limb Deficiency

Type of disorder

However, losing a limb is a devastating experience especially when it comes to a child. Sometimes the limb loss (difference in length of limb) in children results of birth defects, cancer or serious infections.

Complications

In other cases, the cause is a traumatic injury caused by an accident or a lawn mower. The loss profoundly affects the child and his brothers and sisters.

Treatment

It is especially difficult for parents. Everyone gets involved in issues related to the surgery, recovery and rehabilitation. The objective of this tripartite series is to provide parents, children and pediatric professional's useful information about congenital limb deficiencies and amputations during childhood.

Rehabilitation

There are two main categories of child dysmetria: congenital limb deficiencies and amputations. Congenital limb deficiency is present at birth. Can affect both upper extremity and at the bottom. Unfortunately, there are rare cases of multiple limb loss. Although congenital deficiencies may consist of a total ...
