Decision making and risk management are two of the major tasks performed by an organization and that have a great influence on the overall performance, total turnover and the ability to compete with the challenging rival organizations. These tasks are being and can be performed without intelligent planning but with the lack of competence, effectiveness and a degraded overall performance. However, the approach to employ strategic organizational intelligence and understand its influence on the corporate performance is a key to reach the heights of excellence in performance management; brilliant and effective decision making and distinctive risk management.

Strategic organizational Intelligence is referred to as the ability of an organization to realize and presume knowledge appropriate to the purpose and goals of its business. It is the capability to cope up with intricate circumstances and proceed in an effective manner.
