Introduction

Since the world has changed security and safety is one of the major problems. The world is becoming a global village but this factor has many drawbacks as well. Humanity and human nature has evolved with evolution of this world and national security is a problem especially since the 9/11. Enforcing police officers or department in the school sounds inappropriate to many but it has many practical implications.

Today in our society many crimes start generate from schooling system. Students who are studying in high school take constant amount of drugs in their system and those drugs are supplied through channels that are established in all schools in US. In the past fifty years crime in US has evolved and new founding has been observed in the behavior of criminals. All the vicious serial killers and with them their vicious crimes all are related to disrupt behavior observed in childhood. These incidents and criminals are identified as anti social since they are children studying at schools. These students who later in life become criminals have to be identified and stopped in the age where the crime has not yet happened.

School criminal activities and crime in schools is a growing concern for the government and the law enforcement agencies since almost thirty years. One of the major reasons for this concern is the concept that crime generates from schooling system. In 1970's a report was submitted to the congress addressing this new discovery in the generation of crime. In ten years he congress than published a report addressing this issues of instable environment of schools along with misbehavior in schools. Media coverage of 1990 school shooting was one of the major reasons of getting the attention of the authorities on this crucial matter (Casella, 2001). The most dramatic aspect is the minorities that are living in US. United States is the most diversified country when it comes to complete social diversity. The recent agenda against terrorism has raised concern and created hatred among people. If the school police system is implemented it will ensure the safety of all the citizens living in the country. Parents will feel safe in sending their children, every now and then head lines on news is an Islamic student getting physically assaulted or something else.

Rational of implanting police officers at schools

We understand that a terrorist is never looking for a fair fight whether he is at school or any other place. If the terrorist was looking for a fair fight than he would go to a police station where there are many armed police guards waiting for his welcome. It only happens in few occasional incidents where gunman shoots out at the police station; the reason could be any dysfunctional concept of twisted reality. Implementing armed police guards will definitely make schools a safer place especially if you consider all the recent shooting activities at various locations which were focused on schools (Sampson, ...
