Abstract

Illegal immigration or illegal immigration is the entry of a foreign country without proper documents authorizing, or the continuation of their stay once the validity of these documents expired. The people in this situation are illegal aliens, also known as "illegal" or "undocumented". May also be located underground of people who have not obtained the renewal of their residence, within the scope of inadmissibility, or after an application for asylum rejected.
