Introduction

Partnership agreements are an important way with which to expand business. At times this is the only possible way for any business that wants to enhance its operations and experience sustained growth. The possibility of increasing the food production likely has a bright prospectus of opening up future markets and in gaining profits. However, more important is the need to address the grievances that may exist among the employees and other staff members. If such grievances were left addressed, employees may continue to work due to the need of protecting their jobs, but the overall production, productivity and management would be effected. This will carry negative consequences for the company on a whole. Therefore, the first important step would be to address these grievances at all levels. Without doing so, the company may not be able to achieve remarkable success or boost its operations.

The costs incurred by businesses on account of employee benefits greatly affect the overall expenses and profits accumulated by the business. However, they are an important step in ensuring the vibrancy of the business and growth f the company. In fact, if a company wants to increase employee flexibility, it should focus on satisfying the employees and ensuring job satisfaction. The higher the job satisfaction, the higher would be their flexibility. Once the employee flexibility is ensured, both the quality and productivity will increase and this will be reflected in an increase in the level of management.

Companies usually squeeze all the productivity that they can out of their employees. This leads to the employees being stressed or disengaged. What needs to be done by the employers is to be flexible regarding how and where and when the staff works. By adapting to works in a manner which would allow the highest productivity to be achieved should be one of the main priorities of the employers. This can be ensuring through accounting for the individual differences.

Research has time and again indicated that employees tend to be healthier and are faced with less stress when they have the choice to make decisions as to how and when they would work. Productivity and engagement is also increased in such cases. Employees need to be encouraged to manage both work and family in ways that one would not affect the other. The working hours must be realistic and should not exceed. In the case of our company where the workers have to work for nine hours, considerable stress would be accumulating, hence, there is a strong need to decrease these nine hours to eight along with providing two weekly offs. This would ensure that the employees successfully manage the boundary between work and personal life. Work must not be interrupting heir family. If higher number of working hours is required, then they should be obtained by allotting the employees overtime. This way they would not mind the hectic hours they have to engage at work.
