The human resource management strategy for the retail store is to provide the organization with quality human resource and the hired talent within the organization for a long term period by the use of policies that are in alignment with the organizational wide goals and objectives, in a way that the retention of the employees (whether newly hired or old and experienced) helps the organization and its employees to grow, side by side.
