Today's HR managers experience a major challenge of creating and nurturing good employees in the reputed firms. It initiates from the process of selection of the employees. Usually, “interview” has been employed as an imperative approach by HR managers since former times. The cost of retraining and rehiring congeals the significance of selecting and hiring the right person for the right job. It necessitates a valid and reliable interview procedure. This proposal intends to determine a methodical and efficient method for selecting senior employees. The suggested interview process based on three steps (3D) does not even assure 100% achievement in hiring the best employees in the firms, however the suitable implementation of this process, will enhance the hiring process for the best person.
