Introduction

Few authors have developed so many types of escapism as Edgar Allan Poe, and less still have desired evade so seriously themselves. The other would be Nathaniel Hawthorne, who, perhaps surprisingly, also had written more than a horror stories. Like many new authors, American stories itself began out with a captivation for spirits and gore.

Plus, the author in the context of the work tends to criticize the author based on the level; of exaggeration used. Plus, the counter sources cited by the Edgar Allan Poe tend to lack evidence on most of the grounds. Thus, Edgar Allan Poe tends to remain less convincing as a result. However, there has been extra criticism on the modus operandi of Edgar Allan Poe in the context of the claustrophobia. There have been instances where the author very cunningly points on the incidents which tend to be seen through the eyes of suspicion as the vagueness tends to drive the whole notion of the gothic elements involved.
