Introduction

According to U.S Department of Human and Health services most of the children runaway from their homes due to sexual abuse. At the age of 15 most of the children leave home whereas most of them become the victim of sexual abuse. Generally, the percentage of sexual abuse is increasing with an alarming rate. According to American health institute the percentage of sexual abuse increases from 21% to 43%. This analytical study defines that relationship between each other. Sexual abuse has become a factor in homeless youth the study signifies the fact that the children at this age didn't have the particular mature mind set to understand what is right and what is wrong. This is an age of passion and adultness in which most of the youngsters indulge in cases of sexual abuse (Alderman & Shapiro, 1998).

Evaluation

Findings highlight that from 4% to 39% of the cases of youth and sexual abuse are due to the factors which had a great impact on their decisions regarding whether they have to remain at the same undesirable situation at their home or leave the home and move to streets.

According to the recent statistics of American Institute of Housing 85,000 of the people left their homes in the recent crises. This population includes people who are mostly expatriates and other includes the people who came here for the purpose of better job. The reason signals the slums and great economic recession as well as, the multiplication of making houses.

The economic crisis and unemployment have exacerbated the housing problem, but even in the midst of economic crises public institutions must be progressively articulating strategies that will provide solutions to the issue.

The concept of homelessness and mental issues can be defined as "a homeless man is one who is not complying with the conditions of social life." Homelessness is thus negating one of the basic human rights, namely the right to a permanent and a place of existence. Deprivation of the house is in fact deprived of human security and ability to satisfy essential needs, including the need for their own development.

According to RHY studies some of the respondents have been asked about homelessness and sexual abuse. The reviews and findings gathered from the respondents of the study identifies and signals that 33% of the youth are being sexually abused by their teachers, cousins, brothers step mothers and step fathers. Critical analysis of the study highlights some important facts and figures like: Youngsters at home are being victimized as follows:

Sexual abuse statistics tells us that 33% of the youth named as predators; acquaintances by 28%, strangers by 23%, Biological relationships that is father by 10%, uncles 13%, neighbors 17%, brothers 5%, sexual abuse by grandfathers and stepmothers are 14% and 13% respectively.
