Introduction

This essay aims at presenting a summary of the book “Reinventing the Patient Experience”. In the book, Jon B. Christianson, Michael D. Finch, Barbara Findlay, Wayne B. Jonas, and Christine Goertz Choate review eight hospitals across the nation that enable "high tech" with "high touch" care in an effective way.
