Introduction

Building a high performance climate is helps the managers to assessed and the shape their teams in order to achieve the goals of organization. Higher performer team has an ability to communicate with each other and there will be no more bomb drops. Trustful and effective communication leader must respectful of the diverse perspective (Wing, 2005). This is sure that positive climate in organization can improve bottom line around 30 percent. In this paper I will evaluate the need of right climate for team to improve their performance. Challenges that team has faced when climate is not favorable. In later part of this paper I will also discuss different techniques of leadership that are required to improve the performance of team.

Discussion

Leaders affect climate through the way that they interact with each employee in organization through their personal style of leadership. Study suggests that there are around 6 leadership styles that have a capability of the biggest impact on the climate of team (Buchholz et.al, 1987). In organization with based on positive climate as well as higher performance use combination of more than three style of leadership, this is usually a mixture of Democratic, Affiliate and style of coaching leadership (Buchholz,et.al, 1987).

On the other side, where the organization is de-motivating, we have found that leaders are just based on two styles that mainly pacesetting and ht coercive that have major focus on short term goals of organization.

Challenges

There are different challenges that are needed to address very closely in order to sake high performance of organization.

In a neutral climatic team members efforts are mostly driven by own values and more enthusiasm. There are some might perform well and other might do only the required things.
