Introduction

The task of running a successful business, along with creating a healthy working environment is a complex task that involves a great number of expertises. This challenge becomes even more complicated if the business is sensitive to the needs of clients or if the nature of the company carries substantial importance for the societal health, progress and well-being. Healthcare is a field that is not only a business but also is responsive to a growing number of health needs of individuals of any society. Known for the occupational health shared by the ILO and the World Health Organization at its first meeting in 1950 "Health profession as a branch of Health, which aims to improve the health of employees in all professions and keep them in the highest degree of well-being, physical and psychological, social, and prevent deviations health which may cause the workers working conditions, as well as protect workers from all health hazards in the workplace and the worker - and kept - in a working environment appropriate to the potential physiological and psychological features of patients” (Briles, 2009). Substantial researches have contended that every organization is defined as a system which is effective only when (1) it achieves its goals, and (2) it effectively uses human and other resources with minimum costs. It is not easy to balance the provision of services according to patient needs or expectations based on innovation, science and transfer of research in the area of drugs and procedures, combined with the available financial resources of the health care provider.
