Health Information Management: Clinical and Service Quality
Introduction
It is a fact that the managing a team especially in health care sector needs a lot of effort and strategies so that the team members remain satisfied in giving their services. One of the most common problems of being a team leader today is how to manage a team, not all are subject to team manager directly, as how to motivate the staff, and keep they devoted completely to their work. Management team, large or small, holds many challenges administrator begins.
In our health institutions, teamwork is a tradition that goes back quite far in the organization of care. In fact, this way of structuring tasks takes origin of studies on the dynamics small groups, 1960s. Since then, teams have been trained in most institutions. Especially as a result of the shortage of nurses, a new category of caregivers was born, auxiliaries, need integrate services (Chang, 2009).
Aims and objective
The heart of a good team is comprised of individuals who respect the ideas, experience and opinions of everyone, whether they agree or not. My major responsibility is to focus on the existing problem an increasing frustration level of the staff. I need to consider them role and work load on each of the member. I believe that training program and meeting would be the best solution to overcome the de-motivated team members.
Training Program and Its Importance
Training remains an important figure to collaborate well the team members. However, the training process to strengthen community self-management should place the community in a position to act as a partner in the ability and willingness to guide and coordinate with external agents seeking to help address the range of problems affecting a community.
