The author has discussed the underlying principles in evidence based practice in the clinical setting and nursing field. The article has provided in depth analysis to the subject and that how this problem is triggered in the clinical setting and that how it shall be controlled.

Researchers have investigated this problem several times, since this problem may affect the entire health setting and the patient's health therein. There are underling guidelines that how a person must react where any sign if violence is witnessed. Lubejko has advised that a person must assess himself that what are the fundamental elements that make him frustrate and lose his temper. If the person is aware of those elements then he can easily work to control them so he would not cross any limit.

The reason behind designing such policy is to reduce the violent and frustrated behavior of nursing staff.
