Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to discuss about any specific issue of health and social care policy. The issue discussed in this paper is the obesity. Inequities in health are difficult to determine because of the complexity of health in the future. Many different explanations of the term health exist, and all very subjective, depending on whom is the definition of the term, and to whom it is aimed at (Anand 2010 23). The World Health Organization (who) defines the term as a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity (www.who.int/about//EN/print .html).

This definition of health is very idealistic and holistic in nature, although one that Buchanan (2010:67) argues that it's hard to get over a considerable period of time, due to a happy and healthy at present, neither the experience nor fixed constant.

As observed university students of law and social studies care to know about divorce, custody, protection of children of the same module, it is necessary to understand the situation a little bit of young offenders under the criminal law or sexual offenders, victims, etc. It depends on in what areas of real social care you go! Involving in social work will bring well-being of children in a custody or divorce dispute that is from the middle or the abuse or neglect cases (Bradley 2010 230). Thus, this shows that knowing such law is very important for the social workers, as this will help them in further negotiations.
