Introduction

Are leaders routinely 'born' or manage they have to be taught? Astrologers encourage the concept of leaders tending to cluster in certain indications of the zodiac. For demonstration Arians (the Ram) are presumed to be 'natural' leaders and Leo (the Lion), being of kingly environment, is foremost amidst equals. Whether we subscribe to this extra-terrestrial idea of leadership or not, one detail will not be ignored: some persons find it much simpler to be 'bossy' or to sway people's answers and responses than others (Craig 2009, 12).
