Tourism is defined as those friendly tourist activities with the natural, cultural and social and community values, which allows you to enjoy a positive exchange of experience among residents and visitors, where the relationship between tourists and the community is fair and benefits the activity is distributed fairly, and where visitors have a truly participatory attitude in their travel experience. Tourism is fundamental for the economy of various regions (Austin, 2008, pp. 76). Because tourism involves attracting foreign exchange, it is the only means of economic development for some nations. It provides an opportunity for development, employment marketing and sale of local goods etc. It also helps in creating service industries, which are crucial for the development of a region. Many evolving nations like the overview of tourism as a vehicle for economic development, granted its promise to profit from foreign exchange, decrease earnings and paid work disparities, reinforce linkages amidst financial parts and assist to alleviate poverty.

Thus, tourism's development and planning of further improving is very essential for all the countries, especially those whose GDP typically rely on the amount of tourism that takes place in the country.

International tourism is one of the most important industries in the world. It has been on an annual growth amount of 689 million every year. The tourism providers are in a tough global competition. For many years, the tourism industry has been characterized by increasing horizontal and vertical concentration. Tour operators team up with airlines and trans-national hotel and restaurant chains. So are large corporations that are exclusively located in the developed world. The price war of the global travel market has also provided the tourist with attractive travel packages. Only those who can offer their travel deal cheaper claims on the competitive market are the ones who survive in the intense, competitive market (Jonathan, 2009, pp. 100). Always at the lowest link in the chain is saved: in the environmental and human costs. It shall also be maintained for the economic globalization processes of social and environmental costs typically passed on to the general public in tourism. The journey itself becomes an easily affordable product. It assumes the character of a consumer product to which the industrialized countries, no one wants to give more and that has become a mass phenomenon.

This explains that the tourism industry is a diversified industrial complex, dealing with the reproduction of the conditions for travel and leisure, that is, the production of tourism product. However, tourism industry is defined as complex enterprises that compromise of manufacturing and production sector, providing tourist services and produce goods of tourism demand as a result of sectorial approach. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account that the tourism industry is not only a collection of the above listed companies, but is a form of development that takes into account numerous factors (Glenn, 2008, pp. 55).
