EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At the moment, there are thousands of organizations established in the world. Some of these organizations operate at small levels and do not usually cross the borders of their countries but on the other hand, there are multinational organizations and conglomerates that have their roots buried deep in almost every continent of the world. Such organizations understand that every country and every continent is different from the other and has its own set of characteristics. Every country in this world has its own set of cultures, languages, norms, ethics and values. For a business that seeks to flourish in multiple countries, it is vital to understand the characteristics of each country and then blend accordingly.
As the company outline a joint venture and alliance strategies with the overseas distributors, suppliers, and partners they can't pay for and neglect the development of global leadership and the characteristics of countries they operate in. Among them the globalization consequences organizes the requirement of the leaders who have a global viewpoint and a capability to put together various diverse indications in a hunt for delivery system of global value, global marketing, universal production and assortment (Jeannet & Hennessey, 2000, pp. 1232). Global management encompasses duties and responsibilities for a manager that include the management of diversified teams working across the globe (Katzenbach & Smith, 1993, n.d. ). These teams may be mutually exclusive yet they have to work together towards the objectives of the organization. It is the performance of these diversified teams that may create or destroy organizational value (Aguinis, 2009, n.d.).
