INTRODUCTION

In the field of molecular biology, gene expression profiling, which is translated as gene expression analysis is the measure of the activity of thousands of genes at a time, to create a global image of cell function. These profiles can, for example, distinguish between cells that are proliferating, or show how cells respond to a particular treatment. Many experiments of this type measure an entire genome simultaneously (Peter, et al., 2008).
