Introduction

Apostle Paul was known to be: "A man with small stature, with a bald head and crooked legs, in a good state of body, with eyebrows meeting and nose somewhat hooked." Keeping this description in mind, Paul did not seem to have a very imposing appearance. Even though Paul was a man of small physique, he was no small Christian. He was a remarkable man on the outside. No one apart from the Lord Jesus Christ had a deeper affect on him, and us than Apostle Paul. He played a vital part in spreading Christianity outside of Palestine. He developed the individuality of Christian divinity by script and preaching the gospel of free grace (Lee, 2003). One of the most effective ways of learning about leadership is to study great leaders and there is no better Christian principal than Paul.

Discussion

There are many notions that are among the circles of ministry about which leadership of the church of the next era might be. We are currently in an era where the Christians are jumbling to make logic of their changing world, and are creating leadership arrangements to move forward with confidence. Based on the workings of the Ephesians we can coordinate a matrix of leadership founded on the principles of compelling gifting Christians are provided by the grace of Jesus Christ.

Numerous individuals have come to accept that the present arrangement of church government/leadership simply does not work and there is nothing anybody can do to alter it. This may be in this way, however exactly how does a church move from a Hierarchical Church Leadership Model to a Theocratic Five-Fold Leadership Model?

By the diverse roles of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher the church is able to move forward in the direction of the unity of Christian. The logic of Apostle Paul is that the church is organized on one Lord and is based on the same logic that God has particularly and specifically placed this trend of ministry in the churches. Apostle Paul's idea of a Christian community with the absence of a five-fold ministry leadership cannot be established. Moreover, a growing community of Christianity will also have within itself the capability for the whole church to replicate didactic, evangelistic, apostolic, pastoral and prophetic features.

As it is cited in Ephesians 4:7, 1-13: “But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it…It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets…” (Barth, 1974)

The two parts of the text are identified as the matrixes of the leadership and ministry, bestowing that all the churches perform the work of the ministry, and not just a few designated ones. The five fold ministry model is an environment of mission growth. Pure, reproducible, and self sustaining are the vital beliefs in the systems theory.
