Since the incident of downsizing in FedEx, the employees have been complaining about the working condition and the company policies, which are changing. The incident is to this day remembered as one of the biggest layoff in the history of the organization. The main concern for the workers is that the company is changing the policies without keeping in consideration the workers, and the impact it may create for them. The economy is going through a recession phase in which people are already facing problems in getting jobs and meeting the desired daily life needs. The scenario is that there is no one to raise the voice for the workers, and all these aspects are leading towards the attention of the employees. There is a need of a labor union which is formally formed in order to facilitate the problem of the workers under the legal premises.
