Introduction

Occupational treatment is the art and science of assisting people do the day-to-day undertakings that are important to them despite impairment, disability, or handicap (Willard & Spackard's Occupational treatment: Ninth version, 5). The major aim of an occupational therapist is to maximize the patient's unaligned functioning. The localities of functioning which may need improvement are determined by the persevering and the therapist together.
