The purpose of the paper will be to make an effort to align the banquet with the perception and image of Disney. This banquet event management will be held in all four cruises at the same time. This banquet will be super fun. Walt Disney Cruise Line is a project of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Both of them belong to the Walt Disney Company. The company has it's headquarter in Florida. Furthermore, the paper will discuss the impact of external environment on Walt Disney and its events. Finally the paper will highlight the important international event management considerations when preparing for the Banquet, the evaluation of the quality of the event, the arrangements, traffic management and risk management plans.

Introduction

The purpose of the paper will be to make an effort to align the banquet with the perception and image of Disney. This banquet event management will be held in all four cruises at the same time. This banquet will be super fun.

Walt Disney Cruise Line is a project of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Both of them belong to the Walt Disney Company. The company has it's headquarter in Florida. The two ports used by the Disney Cruise Line are the Disney Dream and the Disney Magic. Today, Disney owns three of the most amazing cruises in the world named Disney Wonder, Disney Magic and Disney Dream. The company also owns an Island at the Bahamas called Castaway Cay. The paper discusses the banquet party that has to be arranged on the launch occasion of Disney Fantasy in March.

There are different styles of banquet operations. These include the different style of banqueting that can be arranged for an event. There are four types of Banquet operations. These include, French, America, Buffet and Russian.

After the rejection of the other two options of banquet style, Disney is left with the American and the Buffet style of banquet. The American style is potentially strong in that there will be less work for the waiters. Everything will be set on the tables already. All the waiters will have to do is being the food to the gusts as they arrive. This seems like less work by the front people, but at the back end, that is in the kitchen, this will mean a lot of work. The kitchen workers will have to prepare dishes in plates which mean that, for a single dish that can be served on a big platter; the cooks will have to make numerous plates for the same dish, each requiring special attention and time.
