Introduction

The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant and factual information related to the analysis of code of ethics. In order to run the business in a profitable and lucrative way it is essential that businesses should embrace ethical codes of conduct. In business world or in an organization ethical codes are applicable in each and every field from production to marketing and from finance to human resource. Sometimes their strategies and the core values and mission are subject to ethical issues (Guy, 1990). In this study, we will conduct systematic formalized inquiry into, or examination of, the code of ethics of an organization (ABC social services) and its effects to achieve a specific level of ethical behavior in employees, management, and executives.

Code of Ethics of ABC Social Services

The occupation of social work is committed to ensuring benefit and self-fulfillment of every human being on earth; the maturation and proper usage of professional and scientific knowledge; the growth of different skills and resources that would help in achieving personal, community. Our organization, ABC social services, is bent to serving needy people and helping them in their live. The mission of our organization is to encourage, develop, and safeguard the practice of social work, and enhancing the effective and proper functioning and eudemonia of an individual, their family, and society through our work and commitment.

The concept of behaving in an ethical manner is underlying in the heart and soul of every occupation, which is present on earth. The National Association of Social Workers has developed a proper framework for code of conduct and ethics in the workplace, and set off principles and values that are leading the way for social workers. A properly developed and established code of conduct and ethics can never ensure that employees would behave in an ethical way. Ethical behavior is derived from the commitment of an individual to employ him in ethical and legal practice. The spirit and the guiding principles of new and original Code of Ethics would surely help our employees to develop practices that are in conformity with ethical values.

Fifth value: Ensure discretion in our work

Sixth value: Make sure we always maintain the highest level of competence in our work
