Introduction

Leaders are very important for any organizational effective performance, and for workforce satisfaction. Leaders are the one who set goals, direction, culture and objectives of any organization. In nursing, leaders have a vital role in leading, directing and guiding junior and other staff members, which necessitate effective evaluation of leadership/management positions to attain objectives and goals of nursing organization.
