ABSTRACT
The research study is based on the evaluation and analysis of the personnel management and strategic management operations of the Asia Trans Logistics Ltd. The company has been operating in the shipping industry for past few years only but has made significant position in the market by providing valuable services to its customers. The research methodology that is adopted for the present study is mixed methodology as both the qualitative and quantitative methods have been used for the purpose of data collection. Similarly, the data for the research topic has also been collected through the secondary and primary sources. The data for the chosen topic has been collected through interview questionnaires and survey questionnaires. The interview and survey were conducted with the customers and officials of the Asia Trans Logistics that are availing the services and operating the company. The methodology that has been adopted for performing the research study is the mixed research methodology. However, there is included lot of data from the websites. These websites include different sources. The data for the literature review has been collected from different websites. Similarly, data regarding the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces have been collected through the online web sources that are considered to be the secondary sources. The research study has also included the secondary methodology. Thus, mixed methodology has been adopted while performing the analysis of the research study while qualitative and quantitative data have been used within the research study for evaluating and analyzing the personnel management and strategic management operations of the Asia Trans Logistics Ltd. thoroughly.
