The difference between ethical and legal issues is considered to be simple as the legal issues are simply identified as against the legal system of the particular place. In more simple terms, legal issues are against the laws. However, in our society, ethics and ethical issues are considered to be against the wrong doing or acts that violates an individuals or societies habits but does not violate any law. In addition, both the terminology can be understood in a way that if a person does something ethically wrong he/she cannot be legally charged, as ethical violation most often does not come under the correspondence of law.

2. What is the fundamental ethical challenge posed by advances in intermediate force technologies?Answer # 2

The fundamental ethical challenges that are posed by the advances in the force technology are related to the dilemmas are related to the unethical business behavior. Moreover, the fundamental aspects of such concerns are related to the individual privacy, security, communication and content. For instance the advancement in technology has boosted the threats of availability of the personal information, which is determined to be unethical at many occasions.

3. In what case did the Supreme Court rule against the shooting of fleeing felony suspects? GIVE at least 3 distinct reasons that it used to support its position

The fleeing felon rule is basically known as the free access towards the use of the force, which also includes deadly force. In this case, the force can be used against an individual who is in clear flight and is suspected of a felony. Moreover, in this regard, the force may be used by either the authorities or the victim itself. In some jurisprudence failure to use such force was a misdemeanor which could result in a fine or imprisonment.
