In this era of tuff competition, everybody forecast itself that in near future only those people will survive who have best skills, education and knowledge. So for this every parent is trying to make safe future of their child through giving them the best education. They are treated as an important component of the society; they can transform a civilized society. Because they are the ones who help a child in learning things in his early childhood and also work to develop the career of a child. They don't work for money or for good career, but to work for the society. They treat the students as their own child and share them their all knowledge, skills and their personal experiences. They work as architect to make a bright future of a child and to fulfill their parents wish. Through their ethical behavior and knowledge sharing they inspires students a lot that they become role model of many students. Despite all this great services performed by teachers they are not getting respect from the society.

Discussion

According to the given articles, the issue arises when the board of education Los Angeles files an unfair labor practices against the teachers union to stop a one day strike. Though, the union leaders of the Teachers Association states that their union contract with the Los Angeles Unified School District is violated. The reason for the strike is to protest the upcoming layoffs of teachers whose contract tenure is still left as well as they are teaching crowded classrooms which are not according to the contract. The court ordered to stop the strike and give instruction to the union to work as a normal day or else will be treated as violations of the court's order because the court will not allow that student will suffer due to the strike. But the issue remains the same, the reason given for such condition by the board of education is that they are having short of funds so for this they are firing teachers (Blume, 2009).
