The case is related to the community policing and resistance for change by the veteran officers. The veteran officers do not want community policing philosophy they just want a traditional working system. The young officers want to join as a community policing, but because of their veteran officers rejection they are not hesitating to join the community policing (Hess, Orthmann, 2011).
