Company provides free and discounted drugs to low and middle income household and it has foundation to support and sponsor scholarships and healthcare program. All the relevant and connected individuals, families and groups of people are stakeholders. In short, all those individuals and groups who are affected by the activities of PharmaCARE and have some direct or indirect stakes and interest are stakeholders of PharmaCARE.

The successful and large organizations always pay important attention to the well being of their employees.HRM not only take care of the ethical issues of the company and of their workers but it also actively engage itself in the continuous process of an environment where the chances of ethical problems can be minimized (Turner et al., 2008).From the information available, one can easily evaluate the actual position of Colberia.
