Introduction

The writer of the topic “the proverbs of Administration”, Herbert Simon has criticized the universal principles of management. According to the author, the universal principles of management are incompatible, contradictory and inappropriate to many circumstances that are faced by the managers. Simon has called such principles “proverbs of administration”.

Simon strongly believes that decision makers perform in the circumstances of bounded rationality, therefore the decision makings approaches must be adopted that ensures the productive and best alternative that entails the realistic solution within the limited resources.
