Environmental Management is one of the most interrelated fields with the human health and care. Environmental management is a combination of principles, which requires be mentioning and highlighting. The principles are the optimization of the resources' utilization; predicting, and avoidance of environmental impacts; calculating the absorption capacity of the impacts of environment or planning and resistance control system. It deals with the modern environmental planning, these functions are desirable application and consistent in the activity development to cause trouble to the surrounding, in actual life, the reality is in several cases these are not easy to apply (Ayuso, 2006, pp. 207). The system of the environmental management includes five factors of which the central axis is the company's commitment or body powerful for the investigative project. If the companies are not formally and clearly committed with respect to the environmental responsibilities that cannot give success any additional management intended to modify the surrounding conditions in which the operations occur.
