Introduction

Environmental Management is one of the most interrelated fields with the human health and care. This field offers the opinions and researches on the uses and conservation of naturally occurring resources, protection of living organisms and control of hazards, visioning the field without regard to traditional disciplinary limitations. The research aims to modify and improve the communication, promoting the ideas and results from various fields that are available to practitioners from different backgrounds. The contributions are taken from zoology, public affairs, information science, geology, forest science, environmental law, fishers, ecological economics, ecology, climatology, botany, biology, and environmental engineering, and more (Dale & Efroymson, 2013, PND).

Environmental management is a combination of principles, which requires be mentioning and highlighting. The principles are the optimization of the resources' utilization; predicting, and avoidance of environmental impacts; calculating the absorption capacity of the impacts of environment or planning and resistance control system. It deals with the modern environmental planning, these functions are desirable application and consistent in the activity development to cause trouble to the surrounding, in actual life, the reality is in several cases these are not easy to apply (Ayuso, 2006, pp. 207). The system of the environmental management includes five factors of which the central axis is the company's commitment or body powerful for the investigative project. If the companies are not formally and clearly committed with respect to the environmental responsibilities that cannot give success any additional management intended to modify the surrounding conditions in which the operations occur.
