Introduction

The relationship of the company and the employees is very important for every company because quality human resource is the best tool to enhance the performance of the company. The human resource look after all types of skills of the employees either it is the interpersonal skill or group building skills. The motive of the relationship between employees and the company is to develop the understanding of the business and one of the motives of the employees' relationship is to avoid the employee's conflict with the company. In today's business world the key to success in the business world is the quality human resource and the management of the human resource. It is not enough to just hire a quality human resource but it is important to retain them and maintain a good relationship with the employees. It will motivate them and through this motivation the performance of the employees increases. If the employee relationship with the company is not good then the company will face problems in routine task, the quality of the services and products will suffer and ultimately the company will be facing numerous problems. On the contrary if the company's employees are motivated and it has good relationship with its employees then the productivity of that company will be high because employees will be giving their best effort. It can be said that the productivity of the motivated employee is two times than the unmotivated employee. Some special programs are designed to build the employee relationship with the company. These kinds of programs include the employee's dinner, parties, and get together. These kinds of activities are done to make the employees happy and build a good relationship with the employees (Royle & Urano 2012).
