Introduction

The term globalization can be defined as the growth and harmonization of interdependence among nations, human activity systems and policies throughout the world. It also refers to transfers and international exchanges of goods, labor, and knowledge. It means increasing the volume of trade in goods, services, labor, technology, and capital. In this process, the economies, the societies, trade, and the socioeconomic cultures becomes integrated, and it is being integrated through a network globally. The economic globalization is being defined as the economies of different countries integration through trade, FDI, technology, etc and makes the international economy (Krishnan 2000, 13).Thus, it is a process of economic, technological, social, and cultural scale, which is the growing communication and interdependence among countries of the world uniting their markets, societies, and cultures through a series of social, economic, and political character giving them a global identity. Globalization is being identified as a dynamic process caused by the societies that live under democratic capitalism or liberal democracy and who have been opened their doors to the information revolution, folding to a considerable degree of liberalization and democratization in the political culture in its legal system and national economic and international relations. Human resource management has been influenced by globalization in all aspects such as recruitment, selection, retention, compensation, benefits payment, employees training, organizational development, and relationships with employees and occupational safety (Bhatia 2009, 40).The employment relationship is being defined as a relationship based on an agreement between the employee and the employer (Etrick 2005, 15). An employee who enters in an employment relationship shall be subjected to the internal code of conduct, and the employer has been obliged to provide it with working conditions in accordance with the law, collective or individual employment contract (Rose 2001, 20).

Globalization and employees relations

Labor relations arise between employer and employee on labor contract basis. The employment relationship may also arise from the assumption of the worker to work with the consent or at the request of the employer, even if it has not issued an employment contract (Stiglitz 2006, 14).Company employees who move to other countries to work in new divisions can adapt the things quickly and work efficiently, can speak the language of that country, and know customs and living conditions of inhabitants(Lee 2011, 13).That's why human resource managers must make careful employees selections so that they can perform duties in any other regions of the country, focusing not only on the capabilities and expertise but also in the adaptability that holds the employee for his/her efforts and performances (Gerdes 2006, 10).The world has been a global village so administrators must have the ability to work with people belonging to different cultures.
