Employee privacy has become a major issue in the work place particularly employee's of today's generation does not prefer surveillance over their personal information. According to me it all depends upon the kind of work I am involved in, for instance, if am working in some confidential matter than continuous surveillance of my employer is justified (Allen et al, 2007). On the other hand, if my employer's is doing all these activities for no major reason than this according to me is an unjustified act, and I cannot tolerate this act.
