Employee motivation and representation have dependably been a focal issue for managers and supervisors. Performance and effectiveness of an organization is highly dependent on the motivation of the employees. Employees that are not motivated may generate several unpleasant scenarios for the company and its management (Reyes, 01-Apr-2011). Motivated employees on the other hand perform their tasks more dedicatedly.
