Introduction

Motivation is defined as the act of encouraging employees with the objective of obtaining better performance in achieving the objectives of the company. Through motivation employees give better levels of efficiency, performance, creativity, productivity, responsibility and commitment (Kim, 2006). But the main purpose is to make employees satisfied and thus motivated, with the ability to spread motivation to colleagues and provide better service to business customers, i.e. dynamically provide the best service to users or consumers.
