Introduction

Employee owned cooperatives are organizations that have employees as its members. These members are owners of the organization (Stewart, 2008). Each member has one vote and profit is distributed among members as per their share of work done (Logue, 2006). Employee owned cooperatives are not good, and the disadvantages will be discussed.
