The career path I have chosen for myself pertains to be the management position of the topmost level in the company. The responsibilities in relation to the work I do are discussed as under;

I have to ensure that I deal in facts, as well as, all the relevant data is with me that serves me to perform as per my job description.

I have to look into the roles and responsibilities as per my job description, and therefore, manage to perform them in the wholesome manner through my skills and abilities.

I have to set my own process of self-accountability

Measurable

I have to ensure that I set goals both in short term and long term based upon the goal of the company

I have to assess my own direction of goal achievement, the way as I work and do my everyday duties

I have to be factual regarding my performance assessment

Rationale

I have to be stronger enough to justify each action of mine with a reason

I have to be capable of handling all the situations at their worst with full skills and capability

I have to be very affirmative with regard to the development of the outlook that serves my current, as well as, future standing in the job.

Accessible

I have to gather all the resources that are essential to enhance my performance skills

I have to align the vision of the company and the future aspirations to the effectiveness of my job roles and responsibilities

I have to get the figures of my performance from the reporting authorities, every now and then

Timely

I have to capability to plan ahead

I have to look, in terms of, strategic goals and ideas to be fulfilled in the most effective manner (Hayes, 2008, pp. 53-97).

One of the tools I use is the usage of the reflection log. The idea beyond is the development of the work I do, and therefore, developing the idea that has to be accepted in the paradigm of organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
