Emotions are defined as physiological, behavioral or communicative reactions to the stimuli received that are processed with cognition. Emotions may be experienced as result of the physiological changes inside the body or in the environment. The things happening inside the body are not visible to others unless marked changes in behavior are noticed or a person communicates the internal state to the other. When a person communicates their emotions, he basically calls the attention of others to them and this helps the others to know how they should react in response to their behavior. Emotions trigger reactions and are central to this kind of communication. Here, it is important to know what influences emotions and display the reactions correctly.
