This accentuates family relationships as a vital factor in an individual's psychological health (Small. S, 2010).

Different institutions of family therapy commonly believes its importance in attaining better results no regardless of the nature of the issue. Families are encouraged to participate directly in these therapies no matter if the problem is individual or a does it involve the whole family unit. History tells tales of individuals or families being indulged in diverse problems. Family therapy is both scientific and systemic; it is a science of context, account and bonds.
