Abstract

This essay aims to talk about the learning style preferences in the Felder-Silverman model. The motive here is to highlight that if I would attend a training program that is designed around one of the learning style preferences in Felder-Silverman model, then which learning style I would chose. Moreover, this essay also aims to discuss that why peer support and supervisor support are is imported to the transfer process.
