Introduction

This essay will analyze the pedagogical teaching practices and identify the role of teacher essential in the development of the child's life. The early years of the child are most important in terms of the well being and set their emotional and social development. A good teaching helps a child in their intellectual and emotional growth. Children are developed with the different pace, it depend on the proportion of their learning which takes place in the beginning five to seven years of a child life. On the other hand one cannot ignore the home environment it is extremely important in the development of the early childhood. On there are some common pedagogical practices used for enabling children to build the positive development which can help them throughout their lives. (Moyles et al 2001) In this I will discuss and analyze the role of effective teacher in the child life and how an effective teaching leads to an improved learning. I will highlight the effectiveness of the early year learning framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF). These are the most common approach which can help in development of child. These conceptions are based on class theory. On the other I will link these two approaches with the most important elements involved in education, such as training and development of the teacher working in the schools for educating children. Before moving towards discussion I would like to highlight one of the important points that if a child receives the best start in early life it creates the better future for them which benefits the nation. It is important for Australian to become successful learners because it helps in creating confident and creative individual learners and result in informed citizens. (Saracho et al 2002)

Class is one of the invisible forms of discrimination. Yet its presence is felt all the time. It affects on the way what students learn and how the learn at every point. It encompasses the values, the purpose and the objective of universities and colleges. It also contributes in determining what courses are offered and what book to be read and discussed in class. Still, it is an issues based on huge diversity which has been rarely given any kind of acknowledgement. Class is among the most difficult factors that could be easily defined.

The environment of a classroom serves as a motivational factor for the students. Motivation is a major aspect which influences the interest of the students. The way in which a classroom is organized and designed, also makes an impact on the students. A classroom can become a very cheerful and fun place to be if it is managed correctly. A class which involves colorful pictures, interaction and communication brings enthusiasm in the students.
