Effective and successful leadership give employees a sense of belonging and a sense of relevance. For instance, the presence of this leadership is apparent in organizations where different departments function seamlessly. In such cases, time and resources are given undoubted and consistent relevance. In addition, successful and effective leadership also encourages the identification of channels through which conflicts can lead to an increase in productivity (Daft & Lane, 2011).
