Introduction

Education is a vast field which deals with the educational needs of an individual. It also examines the relationship of students with teachers and its educational environment, the behaviour of an individual is an important aspect in understanding its qualities and shortcomings. The educational theories contemplate and help the teachers in understanding the behaviour of students and formulating better syllabus for them.

Summarise key aspects of legislation, regulatory requirements and codes of practice relating to own role and responsibilities.

In accordance to the Data Protection Law, the training should guarantee perfect protection to the personal data provided by students. The teachers should use the personal information of the students in a lawful manner; as per the law, personal information of any individual must not be used in any illegal manner and must not be carried outside the organisation's and country's territory without appropriate purpose and protection. As the businesses and organisations are responsible for the safety of their employees and workers so are the training centres and schools responsible for keeping the records of the people connected with them safe and confidential (gov.uk).

According to the Education (School Premises) Regulations 1999, I will make sure that the students have basic primary facilities of suitable temperature, proper and clean toilet and ventilation and lighting ( atl.org.uk). As an instructor I will be responsible for maintaining good health of children, I will arrange proper medical and dental check-ups for them on monthly basis. To avoid disturbance I will ensure that there is no noise disturbance to distract the children from their studies and educational activities.

Adhering to the Code of Professional Practice I will uphold good moral and professional character with my students and colleagues alike; I will maintain unbiased and respectful attitude towards my co-workers, students and their parents (gtc, 2012).

Analyse own responsibilities for promoting equality and valuing diversity.

According to the Equality Act 2010 no one is to be criticised and violated on the basis of gender, ethnicity, family background, sexual orientations, disability, marriage and civil partnership and race (legislation.gov.uk, 2010). As an individual responsible for well-being and security of the students I will create a friendly environment in my class; being a teacher, I will be a role model for the students and will present a humanitarian character rather than the one weighed with discriminations. Outside the classroom I will maintain good, friendly and neutral position for my colleagues regardless of their religion, race or background.

I would avoid such activities, both verbal and practical, that may hurt or target any specific group, creating a well-balanced and free of bias environment in my class and among my students will be one of my core responsibilities.
