In this paper, the author explains that each individual learns differently due to which a single style of learning cannot be used throughout an area. Even in a class of a few children, the learning styles are different due to which a student will learn differently compared to others. In order to get rid of such differences, students should be taught according to their understanding capacity and their favorite mood of learning. Just as the understandings of students are different from each other, the motivation level of students also vary accordingly due to which every student should be considered separately in order to achieve better results.
