Teaching is an art and skill that is something, which cannot be learned. The ability to gain knowledge effectively does not assure the ability of teach knowledge, which is the reason why it is not necessary that a good student will always be a good teacher (Muijs & Reynolds, 2005). Apart from that, effective teaching requires the efficient use of information resources that assist in the process of teaching. Teachers utilize these resources for the purpose of effectively conveying knowledge to students (Hunt & Touzel, 2009).
