Children always want exceptional care from everyone around, as they stated to observe this world from the early stage even from the first day when they are born. As approved by many researchers on child behaviour, children observe thing very fast and their minds are all made till the age of five to eight year old. Till this period they ask, observe and touch things to know the mystery behind the things. For overall development early childhood is the most important phase of the children's life. For infants, early childhood take care helps the infant grow a brain and for biological development.
The first years of infant's life and the environment, in which the child lives all helps him or her to know the world according to what is shown to the child. Child's early education is mandatory and parents and siblings should cooperate in their child's activities so that, he/she can know this world and learn things the way it is good for the child. When a child grows up his health, economic participation and education and the rest of his life all is dependent on what he had learnt in his early experiences. According to a survey, more than 200 million children every year worldwide, fail to reach full cognitive and social potential, especially in the areas of Sub Saharan Africa and South Asia (WHO, 2009). Children are highly influenced by the environment during their early childhood i.e. prenatal period to the age of eight years. They undergo rapid brain development and learn things very fast than adults can do. What we face in the future when we are all drown up, the diseases which be catch up later, the health issues, and poor literacy and numeracy, the obesity, mental unhealthiness and especially criminality all these can be traced back to the early childhood development(Beck, J.,1999, pp.221-238).
Every year many children fail to reach their full social and cognitive potential under five years old and this figure has reached 200 million children worldwide, according to World Health Organization. Most of these issues are found in children living in the subcontinent of South Asia and Saharan Africa. This results in the poor development and to have low incomes as they grow up, another issue they face is that they under achieve in school and college life. When they grow up they are more likely to have their own children at an early age, and they could not provide them with proper nutrition, good health care and stimulation, thus eventually they contribute to intergenerational transmission of poor development and poverty.
